 Hygiene Films  
As an industry leader and global player in the hygiene disposables market, we produce a wide range of both cast and blown film products for use in the Adult protection, Baby care / diapers, and Femcare / Feminine Hygiene industries.
 Biodegradable Films  
Totally biodegradable plastic films that degrade to carbon-dioxide (or methane) and water are offered under the name "BioFlex" for applications such as retail carrier bags, refuse sacks, compost bags, shrink films, food packaging films, liquid packaging films, mailing films, agriculture and document security films.

 Controlled degradation films

Controlled degradation films can be designed for either landfill disposal, or for composting.

The additive package in these films may be tailored such that a prolonged storage and service life may be stipulated - allowing any degradable material contained therein to be exposed to microbial activity, and then followed by a defined time to final degradation (1-5 years) thereafter.

Products which can be modified for such landfill degradations include most familiar packaging films and bags - such as multi-use carrier bags, and especially those bags designed to end up in a landfill, i.e. refuse sacks. The mechanical and optical properties of the films are not affected.

These film types are fully compliant with all eco-toxicity standards.

Blown mono.......Films may be produced in a wide range of configurations including single wound sheet, double wound sheet, centre-fold sheet, lay flat tube, gusseted lay flat tube, J-fold etc. Blown co-extruded.......Reduced risk of pin-holing, with stonger, faster, sealing properties. Bio-degradable.......Totally bio-degradable plastic films that biodegrade to Carbon Dioxide (or Methane) and Water. The same optical and physical properties as an equivalent non-biodegradable film. Supported by independent testing for eco-toxicity levels.
